About the Role

The Team Leader plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents at all times.

As a key member of our care team, you will support the Clinical Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse to supervise and coordinate care to the residents across the home, while actively ensuring the individual needs, wishes, and goals of each resident are met.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide social and emotional support to all residents, ensuring care provision is holistic and person-centered.
  • Support the coordination of care needs of residents across the home, including medication management, nutrition, and hydration, pressure care management.
  • Lead and supervise care on the shift, within their designated wing or area.
  • Perform medicine-related tasks in accordance with scope of qualification, state or territory legislation, regulation, and Calvary policies and procedures.
About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care.

Key qualifications include:

  • Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (with APRHA Registration to administer medication)
  • Certificate IV in Ageing Support (including HLTHPS007 Administer & Monitor Medicines)
  • Certificate III in Individual Support with willingness to undertake training to obtain required qualifications
