Job Opportunity: Hydraulic Service Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled hydraulic service specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take on new challenges and contribute to our success.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional service, with strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems and installation procedures. You will be responsible for servicing existing accounts, analysing work orders, and planning daily travel schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing existing accounts by studying system requirements and completing installations
  • Maintaining and developing customer relationships by examining complaints and suggesting improved methods

You will be working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Your strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers will be essential in this role.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • A hydraulic fitter trade or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
