Job Title: Food and Beverage AttendantPosition Overview:Our team is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our ranks. This role plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and seat guests warmly, providing them with menus and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Take orders accurately, knowledgeable about menu items and special requests or dietary restrictions.
  3. Serve food and beverages promptly, presenting them according to standard.
  4. Regularly check on guests to ensure they have everything they need and address any concerns.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including clearing tables, resetting, and restocking.
  6. Collaborate with the kitchen team to communicate orders and ensure food is prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
  7. Handle payments accurately, presenting bills to guests and processing payments efficiently.
  8. Upsell and promote additional menu items, specials, or beverages to enhance guests' experiences.
  9. Address special requests and accommodate guests' needs to the best of your ability.
  10. Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
