Job Opportunity
TAFE Queensland seeks a highly skilled and experienced Educational Team Leader to lead our Community Services team. As an integral part of our educational delivery team, you will play a key role in shaping the learning experiences of students. This is a permanent full-time position available at one of our Ipswich or Toowoomba campuses.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in vocational education and training, with a strong focus on community services. You will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to teaching teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and training programs.

  • A degree qualification in Vocational Education and Training; and
  • Higher level qualifications in the Community Services sector.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate their ability to:

  • Lead vocational educational delivery, including planning and delivering education and training courses;
  • Apply knowledge, expertise, and skills to provide professional development and mentoring to a multi-disciplinary educational team;
  • Commit to professional and self-development, with a focus on qualifications/skills update and contemporary industry practices;
  • Display highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including effective liaison, consultation, and negotiation with internal and external key stakeholders;
  • Encourage creativity and innovation, and thrive within a dynamic, challenging, and changing environment.
