Dewatering Operations Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Routine maintenance, repair, and servicing of generators and diesel pumps.
  • Identify and address breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Carry out diagnostic testing and fault finding.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of Multistage Bore Pumps, Centrifugal Pumps, fire pumps, and Isolation and controls valves.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in the diesel trade, preferably in light/heavy vehicle maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as demonstrate a commitment to safety protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diesel trade background with experience in generator and pump maintenance.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with computer-based systems (BMS, SAP).
  • Desirable: HR drivers' license, forklift, CN, rigging or dogging tickets.
