Job Role Overview

RSPCA Queensland is a non-government, community-based charity dedicated to improving the lives of domestic, farmed, and native animals in our region.

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to lead our op shop team and drive sales to achieve set targets.

  • Represent the team and brand through your passion for all things preloved and second-hand.
  • Work closely with the Op Shop Business Manager to support goals and mission.
  • Maintain high level customer service and train volunteers.
  • Oversight review of goods for sale in store.
  • Direct monitor daily register opening closing procedures.
  • Maintain periodically review shop's pricing list.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 38 hours per week, including regular weekend shifts.
