Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all guest requests, upholding the highest standards of luxury service.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all guest rooms and housekeeping areas, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable environment for our guests.
Requirements
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating high-energy levels and excellent time management skills.
  • Experience in a similar role or industry, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Physical fitness is essential for this active role, requiring the ability to lift up to 10kg and safely handle equipment.
  • Safe manual handling training and experience is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills, with a commitment to delivering luxury service to our guests.
