Senior Workday Financial Strategy Lead

The Senior Principal Consultant plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business and technical teams by resolving complex Workday intersystem challenges. They guide clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of Workday Finance.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday Finance solutions.
- Drive tactical direction of project workstreams, making informed decisions on dependencies and interplay between different workstreams.
- Mentor and oversee Consultants within projects, ensuring successful delivery.
- Develop Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Core Financials, Procurement, Projects, and Expenses areas.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- 4+ years of Workday Finance and Procurement or other planning tool implementation experience.
- 10+ years of ERP consulting experience; Cloud ERP experience is a plus.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Financials highly desirable.
- Background in financial or supply chain roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record in designing and developing solutions.
