Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our fast-paced team environment on client sites. The successful candidate will manage physical and electronic records efficiently, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage mailroom duties, reception tasks, file creation and retrieval, data entry, and administrative tasks.
- Handle phone and email enquiries, and perform ad hoc administrative duties as required.
- Some moderate to heavy lifting may be involved.
- Valid driver's license with ability to drive a van in the CBD and possibly heavy traffic.
- Willingness to travel to various sites within the CBD, Mitcham, and Mulgrave.
- Mailroom and reception experience is an advantage; training will be provided.
- Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent presentation, communication, administrative, time management, and organizational skills are required.
