We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dairy Cattle Stockperson to join our production team at a leading dairy farm in Wonthaggi, VIC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire milk production process, including management and coordination of milking shed routines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role. You will be required to plan and manage pastures and crops for livestock production, develop feeding plans, and analyze produce to maintain quality standards.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for supervising animal health programs, handling sick or injured animals, and maintaining an optimal environment for the wellbeing of livestock. Your excellent communication and leadership skills will enable you to effectively supervise work routines and staff performance of less experienced employees.
