Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Team Manager to lead our remote team based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing remote teams, with a proven track record in performance management, coaching, and development.

The Senior Team Manager will oversee and support our existing remote contractors, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity. In addition to managing the team, this role requires a proactive, organized, highly efficient professional who can seamlessly juggle multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of remote contractors, implementing performance management processes, including regular reviews, feedback, and coaching.
  • Develop and execute team development plans to enhance skills and capabilities.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting open communication and teamwork.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the team, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Support the CEO and founder in various administrative tasks, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
  • Assist in strategic planning and project management activities as required.
  • Manage CRM systems like Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance.
  • Oversee email management and other operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing remote teams at a senior level.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent performance management and coaching abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in using collaboration and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, MS Teams).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in providing executive support to senior leaders is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Experience in email management and other operational tasks.
  • Flexibility to work AEST business hours.
