The successful candidate will lead and grow an upcoming Outside School Hours Care program at a school in Townsville, Australia. The position requires developing and implementing a high-quality OSHC program that meets the needs of children and families.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work closely with teachers and staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

• Experience working in childcare or education, preferably in a leadership role.
