Administrative Support Officer - Department of Neurosciences

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to provide administrative support for our department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the department, including coordination of day-to-day activities.
  • Assist with patient appointments, billing, medical records, and test results.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a public-facing role, preferably in a medical reception setting.
  • Confidence in dealing with face-to-face patient interactions and phone inquiries.
  • A working knowledge of hospital online systems is desirable but not essential.
