**Job Description**: We are seeking a highly motivated and physically capable individual to join our team as a Roustabout. In this role, you will play a critical support function in the successful execution of various projects, providing assistance with general labor tasks, material handling, equipment preparation, and site maintenance.

As a Roustabout, your primary responsibility will be to perform a variety of physical tasks, including site cleanup, manual handling, and setting up equipment as required. You will also assist skilled tradespeople with basic duties to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Physical stamina and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • A strong commitment to safety and adherence to strict protocols and procedures
  • Experience in general labor, equipment handling, or stores management
  • Previous experience working in turnaround or industrial project environments
  • White Card (Construction Industry Induction) certification
  • Working at Heights (WAH) certification
  • Confined Space Entry certification
  • Gas Test Atmosphere certification (preferred)
