IT Support Specialist

This role is key to delivering excellent support across employees, devices, and cloud-based applications.

The IT Support Specialist will be primarily based in Charlotte, NC or Greenville, SC, with occasional travel to support regional offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Tier 1–2 support for laptops (Windows and macOS), mobile devices, and common IT issues.
  • Administer user accounts, security groups, and device compliance in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune.
  • Support a variety of SaaS applications, productivity tools, and other business-critical platforms.
  • Handle new hire onboarding and offboarding tasks, including device setup, software provisioning, and account creation.
  • Document solutions, updating IT procedures, and maintaining an internal knowledge base.
  • Troubleshoot application access and integration issues, including single sign-on (SSO) workflows.
  • Provide support for office hardware such as printers, peripherals, and AV equipment.
