High Reach Operator Job Opportunity

">Job Description:

We are currently seeking reliable and experienced High Reach Operators to work on a Monday-to-Friday schedule, 9am-5pm. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience and current LF licenses with high reach experience.

The successful applicant will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and assessing inbound goods for defects or damage, accurately putting away products into designated warehouse locations, handling customer returns, picking and packing orders using RF scanners, and operating forklifts (LF and LO) to move stock as required.

Maintaining warehouse systems, performing basic computer tasks, and ensuring all equipment (scanners, computers, forklifts) is functioning properly are also key aspects of this role.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current LF licenses with high reach experience;
  • Previous warehouse experience essential;
  • Proficient with basic computer programs (Excel, Word) and warehouse systems (WMS);
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and technologies.
