Job Opportunity

This role is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, interpreting policies and implementing practical solutions to support student success. As the first point of contact for students, you will provide tailored career advice, develop study plans and offer compassionate pastoral care.

The successful candidate will be a self-driven, student-focused individual committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. This includes participating in key campus events, such as orientation and open day, which may require occasional after-hours availability.

  • Provide course-level information and general guidance to students and staff in a friendly and professional manner
  • Respond to enquiries across multiple channels including drop-in, email and phone enquiries
  • Develop, update and maintain student study plans, ensuring alignment with academic requirements and individual goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve student issues
  • Provide secretariat support
  • Contribute to the review, development and continuous improvement of student-focused systems, processes and procedures

Key qualifications for this role include confidently navigating university-specific databases and systems, maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgement and discretion in all interactions and decision-making.
