Key Responsibilities- Lead the kitchen from pre-opening through to launch and ongoing operations
- Develop and design a refined, innovative menu aligned with our brand values
- Build, inspire, and manage a talented culinary team
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and supplier relationships
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Understanding of costing, food safety, and kitchen management best practices
