Culinary Director

Our upscale restaurant in Mornington, Australia, is seeking a visionary leader to head our kitchen team and shape the culinary identity of our new establishment.

We combine traditional elegance with seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients from the region. We're looking for someone who can bring passion, creativity, and leadership to our kitchen.

• Lead the kitchen from pre-opening through to launch and ongoing operations
• Develop and design a refined, innovative menu aligned with our brand values
• Build, inspire, and manage a talented culinary team
• Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and supplier relationships

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Understanding of costing, food safety, and kitchen management best practices
