Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen from pre-opening through to launch and ongoing operations
  • Develop and design a refined, innovative menu aligned with our brand values
  • Build, inspire, and manage a talented culinary team
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and supplier relationships
About You
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Understanding of costing, food safety, and kitchen management best practices
