Job Title: Band 6 Nurse - Diabetes Service
Hourglass Staffing is currently recruiting for a Band 6 Nurse to work with our esteemed clients in the Diabetes Service.
Key Responsibilities- You will provide specialist diabetes care to patients, including assessments, care planning, and treatment.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive diabetes management, supporting patients in both community and clinical settings.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans as necessary, and provide education to patients on managing their condition effectively.
- Work Pattern: Full-time (3 months with review for extension)
- Umbrella Rate: £30.00 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
- Registered Nurse (Band 6) with experience in diabetes care
- Experience working in community or hospital settings preferred
