Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution activities.

  • Maintain a safe workplace environment and ensure personnel are adequately trained and competent.
  • Work closely with the Planning Department to mobilise and demobilise equipment to site.
  • Provide transportation for our FIFO employees.
  • Raise and close work orders efficiently.
  • Respond to telephone calls, emails, and enquiries from internal and external sources.
  • Ensure all maintenance on equipment is up-to-date.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes of consumables and maintain accurate records and logs.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries effectively.
About You
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • A forklift ticket is desirable or willingness to obtain one.
  • A solid understanding of how a workshop depot functions.
  • Experience in using inventory systems (ERP and Apple iOS iPads).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Australian work rights.
  • Capacity to pass pre-employment medical checks and ongoing drug and alcohol screenings.
  • Residency in Karratha.
