Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Social Work and Allied Health Professional to join our team as a Clinical Educator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and training to graduate and early-career social workers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of our students
  • Providing one-on-one coaching and mentoring to social workers to support their professional development
  • Collaborating with other teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives

You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care to our patients and clients.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching and mentoring, and has a strong background in social work and allied health. You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, compassionate, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
