We are seeking an experienced Policy/Compliance specialist to join our client's team as an APS6 Policy/Compliance Officer. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing policy advice on pharmaceutical pricing and stockholding arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Advice: Provide policy advice on pharmaceutical pricing and stockholding arrangements to support the development of effective policies and programs.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis of global policies aimed at reducing the impact and incidence of medicine shortages.
  • Policy Review Reports: Draft and develop policy review reports and discussion papers to inform policy decisions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to build relationships and gather information to inform policy decisions.
  • Program Management: Provide input for briefs, minutes, and submissions for the Executive, Minister, or other departments.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as health-related science, public policy, or law.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in policy development, program management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong written and analytical skills, with the ability to develop in-depth knowledge of new subject matter quickly.
  • Clearance: Baseline clearance.
