As a senior service delivery professional, you will have the opportunity to drive strategic growth and development in a dynamic region.

This role is responsible for leading a regional team, fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and implementing operational excellence to provide a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing strategies to enhance station functions, including service quality, operational efficiency, and process improvement

• Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their capabilities and contribute to business success

• Coordinating resource allocation and prioritizing tasks to achieve operational objectives and meet customer needs

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in people leadership, stakeholder management, and operational improvement. They will also be able to demonstrate experience in driving customer-centric initiatives and ensuring successful service delivery.

This is an on-site, full-time role based at Gosford station, requiring flexibility to work outside regular hours when necessary.
