Urban Business Strategist

The City Growth Manager will research, project execute, document, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovative projects forward. This role involves analyzing data to understand what is best for the city.

The candidate will be responsible for ideation, planning, and execution of hyperlocal marketing initiatives to drive revenue and bring new users to the platform, planning and end-to-end implementation of in-app campaigns to increase transactions by repeat users, and do-through campaign analysis and derive actionable insights to implement for future campaigns.

• Research and Innovation: Conduct comprehensive research to identify trends, customer needs, and monetization landscape to share deep insights.
• Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
• Executive Reporting: Prepare and present reports and presentations to keep the leadership team informed on progress.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and successful implementation of initiatives.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: 4-5 years in relevant e-commerce or management consulting firms
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in data analysis (Excel/Gsheet, SQL)
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, street-smart approach, and effective stakeholder management
