The Opportunity and Impact

You will coordinate and facilitate new starter training and upskilling of our existing team members, ensuring that they gain confidence in their roles and build connections with their team.

Success is measured on managing and facilitating training programs to deliver on contractual obligations, including timely delivery, learner experience, continuous improvement, and retention of new starters throughout the training program.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum Cert IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent, along with a passion for supporting others to learn and develop. You should also have an understanding of contact centre operations and be able to establish a safe and inclusive learning environment.

As a warm and inviting individual with high emotional intelligence, you will be able to read the mood and needs of new starters and provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of training.

Daily Responsibilities

You will facilitate, deliver, and support classroom-style training programs, use your admin skills to support the smooth operation of training and planning, and conduct observation, evaluation, and assessment of candidate's learning outcomes.
