**Job Title:** Training Coordinator

Job Description:

This is a key role designed to support the success of our training programs by providing essential services to trainers, students and stakeholders. The Training Coordinator will play a crucial part in elevating trainer engagement, optimizing student outcomes, and supporting trainers in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders, including trainers, compliance managers, general managers, student support services staff, and compliance and student services managers general.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support for on-campus trainers resulting in increased engagement and motivation.
  • Coordinate student classes and visits to ensure optimized student outcomes and efficient use of resources.
  • Support trainers in achieving KPIs by monitoring and reporting on student progression and engagement rates.
  • Review and escalate compliance-related matters to ensure compliant student records.
  • Act as the point of contact for any training-related queries and provide prompt resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tech-savviness and ability to analyze sales data effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to drive high-performing teams.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing sales support functions, preferably in an education or training environment.
  • Extensive experience in sales data analysis and interpretation.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
