As a specialist field hydrogeologist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the management of groundwater across our Tier 1 assets in the Pilbara. You will drive technical excellence and mentor a large and diverse team of field hydrogeologists.

The ideal candidate will have a collaborative approach to solving complex challenges, be passionate about mentoring and supporting teams, communicate clearly and confidently across audiences, and have practical experience in drilling and water-well development in the Pilbara terrain. The candidate will value environmental stewardship and sustainable water management, be curious, reflective, and committed to continuous improvement, and bring strong project management skills to deliver programs.
