Government Insights Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to build a career in providing insightful analysis and strategic guidance on governments and infrastructure.

You will play a key role in delivering deep insights and perspectives to our leadership team, participating in client meetings and external events, and mentoring more junior analysts.

You will combine strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset with real-world perspectives driven by an understanding of client issues and broader marketplace drivers.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Engaging with and challenging our senior leadership to provide commercial and provocative perspectives on industry challenges and opportunities
  • Co-creating insights beyond publicly available information, interacting with our leaders and external networks to build proprietary data sets and evidence for differentiated points of view
  • Leading/contributing to multidisciplinary teams for delivery of strategic and complex projects

Skills and Attributes for Success:

As a trend-watcher for the Government ecosystem, you will harness a natural curiosity about business models and emerging themes to curate and co-create insights that empower clients to act decisively.

We know it takes specialist skills to gather, generate, and analyze information and turn it into powerful insights that give clear future-facing directions.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must:

  • 5+ years experience in researching trends in government and infrastructure
  • Deep analytic capabilities, including surveying and data storytelling, in support of our Government thought leadership agenda
  • Strong commercial acumen, able to connect client business issues with our solutions
  • Experience in interacting with senior business leaders, leading conversations, and offering differentiating perspectives
  • Proven ability to deliver succinct and structured oral and written communications

We are seeking someone who will thrive on partnering with our global Government focused leaders and external client teams to create distinctive insights and perspectives for practitioners to take to clients.
