Aged Care Registered Nurse Position

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team at HealthX, a leading provider of aged care services in regional Australia. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the clinical care team to promote person-centred care principles.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments, engaging in nursing practices that enhance the dignity and independence of residents.
- Manage medications, liaising with doctors, allied health professionals, and family members in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual resident care.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate and prioritise workload.
- Provide clinical patient-centred care, utilising knowledge and experience with ACFI and Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
