Job Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Sales team to introduce our cross-border solution to prospect customers, providing expert guidance on its technical features and benefits.
- Help clients understand the power and flexibility of our platform, explaining complex technical concepts and solving potential roadblocks to ensure successful integration.
- Identify and qualify business opportunities, addressing key customer technical objections and developing strategies to resolve technical impediments and drive growth.
- Make integration strategy recommendations to successfully implement complete solutions and optimise platform effectiveness, ensuring seamless interactions between our platform and clients' systems.
- Travel to sales meetings and technological workshops at customer sites as required, providing on-site technical support and expertise.
- Act as a technical focal point for integrating clients, demonstrating and prototyping integrations in merchant environments to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Provide ongoing education and technical assistance to partners and clients, staying up-to-date with product features and roadmaps to deliver expert advice.
- Strong communication skills, capable of delivering solution pitches and conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- 3+ years' experience in solution design/integration within a SaaS-based environment, with a proven track record of successful integrations.
- BA/BS/Master's degree in Computer Science or another technical field, with a strong foundation in systems integration concepts and API implementation.
- Firm understanding of relational databases (SQL) and experience in close working interactions with distant teams.
- Ability to learn and work with varying technological environments and solutions in the Cloud/IT Technology space, with a strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines in a changing environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Previous experience in eCommerce and Logistics/Operations environment is a strong advantage, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges.
