Warehouse Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are dispatched and received efficiently, while also providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively manage a team to meet deadlines. Additionally, they will have experience in warehouse management, including operating a warehouse, coaching and rostering staff, leading and motivating a team, and prioritizing workload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including dispatching and receiving orders
  • Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on warehouse activities and performance
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including customers and other departments

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
