About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive growth and success in our retail team. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, building rosters, driving retail sales, and coordinating service jobs to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales and service excellence.
  • Roster Management: Oversee rosters and daily staffing requirements to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Manage all aspects of retail sales, stock control, and merchandising to drive business growth.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver an outstanding customer experience and resolve customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate service jobs, liaising with customers and technicians to ensure timely completion.
