We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Sales and Territory Growth Manager in our Melbourne office. This role plays a crucial part in driving customer-centric culture among existing and prospective commercial and residential partners in Victoria.

Job Description

This position involves managing and nurturing existing customer relationships, on-boarding and developing new customers to meet growth expectations, and maintaining high-level customer relationships to ensure positive representation of Temperzone.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop key customer relationships to drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits (a minimum of 8 per week) to foster strong partnerships.
  • Follow up on commercial leads for assigned customers and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales budgets for Temperzone and Hitachi products.
  • Evaluate customer growth against market trends and implement strategies to exceed targets.
  • Promote Temperzone and Hitachi products by providing high-level sales support to customers.
  • Develop and manage relationships with trade, commercial, and residential customers.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years working with established brands or projects.
  • Sales History: Proven sales history in HVAC or associated industry.
  • Strategic Account Management: Demonstrable proof of strategic account and territory management experience.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of current technology trends and the Australian competitive landscape.
  • Communication: Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
  • Qualifications: Sales process or management qualifications.
