Coles has introduced a career-defining retail leadership program to equip passionate retail leaders with the skills and knowledge to become our next generation of Store Managers.

About the Program

  • Hands-on practical learning through store placements, shadowing opportunities, self-paced and facilitator-led training, mentoring, and coaching.
  • A close-knit cohort experience to support your growth and development.
  • A 6-month blended work and tailored development program to prepare you for appointment as a Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will have significant P&L accountability, leading a team of over 100 employees and managing a large-scale supermarket operation. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a high-performing team to deliver commercial results.
  • Managing store operations to ensure excellent customer service and product quality.
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.

Requirements
