Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and progress.
- Manage risks and dependencies to ensure project timelines are met.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in software delivery.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High level of proficiency with Azure DevOps and Miro.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team.
