Exceptional care and support is provided to clients in their own homes by Right at Home. As a personal care worker, you play a vital role ensuring each client receives the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting clients with hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting clients with meal preparation
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Driving clients to appointments and social activities
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in client's health or wellbeing and promptly reporting to RN
  • Accurately and thoroughly documenting services provided into Visual Care app
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in community care; dementia care experience preferred
  • Certificate III in Aged Care
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • NDIS screening check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Driver's license and own vehicle with comprehensive car insurance

To be successful in this role, you must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also require a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
