The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Description

As a Project Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will:

  • Collaborate with internal team members and customers to ensure project objectives are met;
  • Establish and maintain standard project documentation to ensure transparency of status against program requirements and customer demands;
  • Plan, monitor, and ensure completion of all activities to meet targets on time for the contracted scope of work;
  • Resolve project issues and any internal roadblocks within allowable project timeframes and provide updates to key team members;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by managing expectations, troubleshooting, and providing accurate and timely reports, updates, and financial forecasts;
  • Submit all vendor documentation as required by the project scope and on-time to the customer;
  • Evaluate project results against stated objectives and determine corrective action;
  • Participate in practical process improvement (PPI) projects and activities using Root-Cause Counter-Measure (RCCM) tools to evaluate gaps or misses in performance and establish sustainable corrective actions.
