NW Mining & Civil is seeking experienced boilermakers for ongoing maintenance and shutdown work at a local Mt Isa mine site.
Salary$55/hour flat rate, paid for 12-hour shifts with a roster of 3 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
Key Responsibilities- Carrying out shutdown repairs and maintenance within lead areas of the mine.
- Working in a team environment to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
- Relevant boilermaking trade qualification.
- Current working at heights certification (within 2 years).
- Current confined space certification (within 2 years).
- High risk EWP and/or Forklift operation would be highly regarded.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A testing.
- Meals and accommodation provided while on shift.
- Local Mt Isa applicants preferred, but flights available from Brisbane, Townsville or Cairns.
