Job Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Brisbane. As a key member of the sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective visual merchandising.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess previous experience in retail, a genuine passion for fashion, and excellent communication skills. An interest in music, art, and design is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer experiences, handle customer queries, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing store displays, maintain high standards of store appearance, and contribute to the development of visual merchandise plans.
  • DENIM EXPERTISE AND KNOWLEDGE: Stay up-to-date with denim trends, understand product features, and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Product and Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, receive deliveries, and process returns in accordance with company policies.
  • Feedback to the Brand Team and Wider Business: Communicate product feedback, customer insights, and business developments to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience
  • Passion for fashion
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interest in music, art, and design (desirable)

Working Conditions:

  • Casual work arrangement
  • Variable hours per week (5-30 hours)
  • 8 hour shifts available
  • Afternoon, day, evening, and weekend shifts available
  • Public holiday availability required
