The Central Resource Unit at Epworth HealthCare is responsible for managing our casual and part-time nursing workforce. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse or dual registered with AHPRA to join our team as a Resource Nurse Coordinator.

This role involves working closely with site operations teams and allocations officers to ensure efficient and effective deployment of contingent labour. You will be responsible for facilitating the deployment of contingent labour, ensuring staff are rostered and allocated with consideration to clinical demand, clinical skills, and experience required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in recruitment and rostering, ideally in a pool or nurse bank context
  • Good clinical knowledge and understanding of skills/competencies required to be successful in a pool or casual bank role
