Lifeline Direct is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lifeline Australia, and we are committed to supporting the development and ongoing implementation of suicide prevention and community wellbeing programs in Australia.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced crisis supporter to join our Centralised In-Shift Support (CISS) team as a supervisor. As a CISS supervisor, you will be responsible for providing backup support to our member centres across the country.

This is a unique opportunity to work from home and develop your skills in a fast-paced professional environment that is 100% digital.

The desired candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and prioritisation skills, and proficiency in the use of technology.

In addition to your technical skills, you should be able to demonstrate a calm and approachable manner, with self-care strategies in place and an ability to seek additional supervision or debriefing when needed.

You will be part of a national team that is dedicated to enhancing mental health awareness within the Australian community.

Key Responsibilities:
