
Stock Management Professional

A key aspect of this role is to oversee inventory management, which involves implementing strategies that drive online and commercial growth while ensuring high product availability.
As an Inventory Control Lead, you will be responsible for leading initiatives that achieve key targets and enable successful customer order fulfillment. Your primary focus will be on managing the day-to-day operations of a large format retail site, e-commerce platform or warehouse, where you will be expected to develop and implement efficient inventory management processes.
This position requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach team members, manage stakeholders and influence decision-making processes effectively. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interpret complex data and make informed business decisions.
We are seeking an experienced professional who can contribute to our online distribution network by developing a culture of excellence in inventory management, visual merchandising, safety and compliance.
You will have the opportunity to take your retail, e-commerce and/or warehousing leadership experience to the next level, working with a dynamic team that values innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to meet sales targets and cost control metrics.
- Lead teams to achieve financial and service KPIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement change.
- Maintain high levels of stock accuracy and product availability.
