About the Role

As a key member of our Trade Counter team, you'll be responsible for delivering products, providing exceptional customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople, and undertaking various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse and trade counter.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver products to customers using a company vehicle, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Pick, pack, and stock control activities to maintain a well-organized warehouse
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and offering product information
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service, with a passion for helping customers
  • Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure accurate information
  • Proficiency in using a computer and willingness to learn new systems
  • A clean, valid driver's license and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
  • A desire to develop your career, either locally, within our network, or at head office
