Site Auditor – Contaminated Land Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Auditor to join our team in providing independent technical review, strategy and regulatory guidance across contaminated land and remediation projects.

  • Conduct statutory and non-statutory contaminated land auditing under QLD and NSW frameworks
  • Review and certify Performance-Based Incentive Schemes (PSIs), Detailed Site Investigations (DSIs), Remediation Action Plans (RAPs) and validation reports
  • Advise clients, regulators and project teams on compliance, strategy and site outcomes
  • Mentor and support internal consultants and external stakeholders
  • Engage in technical leadership, peer review and cross-disciplinary collaboration
  • Contribute to the development of the group's site assessment and remediation services nationally

Requirements:

  • Hold current QLD and/or NSW Site Auditor accreditation (dual accreditation is desirable)
  • Demonstrate a strong track record in complex site assessments and remediation projects
  • Have an excellent understanding of National Environment Protection Measures (NEPM), state guidelines and legislative frameworks
  • Able to balance independence with collaboration
  • Show genuine interest in mentoring and enhancing technical capability
  • possess exceptional communication, leadership and client engagement skills
