Global Sales Strategist for Haematology and Oncology Portfolio

Clinigen, a leading global specialty pharmaceutical and services company, is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Global Sales Strategist to join our successful global team. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to be part of a rapidly growing organization with a unique combination of businesses operating in a complex global regulatory environment.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing sales territories, customer relationships, and activities to achieve/exceed sales targets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic territory plans to drive sales growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinical nurses, and nurse practitioners in key hospitals
- Providing disease and product education/awareness through face-to-face appointments, department, and MDT meetings
- Attending industry conferences to expand knowledge and communicate key findings to the team
- Identifying and engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to achieve advocacy
Key Performance Indicators:
- Meet/exceed sales and growth targets and deliver budgeted revenue
- Engage with key stakeholders to build strong cross-functional relationships
- Monitor key financial areas including monthly sales and expenditure
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of the therapy area to develop reasonable strategies and support future activities
Requirements:
- Demonstrated track record of success within Haematology and/or Oncology sales or key account management with a national focus advantageous
- Tertiary qualification in science, health, or business fields
- Completion of Medicines Australia Continuing Education Program
- Demonstrated local experience as a Hospital Specialist Representative/Key Account Manager with specialty medicines focus
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
- A proven record in business planning with demonstrable sales success
- Highly organized with an ability to self-motivate and work autonomously
Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a generous commission structure and ongoing professional development opportunities.
