At Applegreen, we Refresh Travelers on their Journey by operating over 80 travel plazas across the Northeast and Midwest that offer convenience, comfort, retail, and a wide variety of food options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead shifts to ensure team members deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Train new hires and monitor compliance with cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging in positive, helpful interactions with customers (travelers).
Requirements:
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequently bend, twist, lift, and carry at least 40 pounds.
  • Requires the ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents.
