Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting customers over the phone and discussing their lending needs, converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers.
  • Identifying opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases.

As a Sales Associate, you'll handle inbound customer enquiries while also making outbound contact with leads. Our ideal candidate is a full-time role well suited to final year university students, new graduates, candidates with a background in sales, retail, or customer service, and those with an interest in pursuing a career in mortgage broking or the finance industry.
