Job Title: Vocational Assessor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Vocational Assessor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing expert guidance and support to individuals who have sustained an injury or illness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive vocational assessments to determine an individual's abilities and capabilities
  • Provide expert vocational counselling to help individuals make informed decisions about their careers and employment options
  • Write high-quality reports that accurately reflect an individual's skills and qualifications
  • Develop innovative plans to support injured workers in returning to work safely and sustainably
  • Liaise with relevant parties to achieve desired outcomes and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology (Provisional or fully registered) or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Significant experience in vocational rehabilitation or roles requiring assessment, report writing, critical analysis, and communication skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality services and supporting clients through their recovery journey
  • Excellent time management and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Reliable vehicle and driver's license for travel to work
