Job Summary
The PositionThe Maintenance Assistant will support the Maintenance & Operations Manager in ensuring the College and Boarding Facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained for students, staff, and visitors.
Key Accountabilities- Assist in implementing a proactive preventative maintenance program.
- Address operational and safety concerns efficiently.
- Contribute to the overall upkeep and improvement of the College's facilities.
We require a skilled and experienced individual with:
- A proven track record in general maintenance and repair work; experience within an educational or large-campus setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with risk management strategies and effective resource management.
