Job Description:

AUSTCORP's Spray Seal team in Townsville is seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join their crew. The ideal candidate will have experience with spray sealing, asphalt, or civil work, as well as a hands-on laboring background.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current Driver Licence MR/HR licence (or higher)
  • Current HC Licence for Floating and trainee Spreader/Sprayer Driver
  • White card (Construction Induction)
  • Experience with Spray Seal, Asphalt, or Civil work
  • Hands-on labouring background
  • Comfortable working away from home
  • RII tickets (Roller, Loader, Skid Steer) are a big plus
  • Physically fit – ready for 12-hour days
  • Solid work references
  • Good attitude, easy to get along with
  • Can pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test
  • Safety-focused and a team player
